Michael John Schroeder

Michael “Mike” John Schroeder, age 73, of Munising, died on Monday, September 10, 2018 at the Jacobetti Home for Veterans in Marquette.  He was born on November 9, 1944 in Munising to the late Joseph and Mary (Salo) Schroeder.  Mike graduated from Sacred Heart School and then Wm. G. Mather High School.  He served in the U.S. Army from 1963 until 1966.

Mike is survived by his brothers – Frank Schroeder of Munising, Tom Schroeder of Munising, Jim (Jeanne) Schroeder of Duluth, MN, and Ed (Barb) Schroeder of Arvada, CO; sister-in-law – Teri Schroeder of Renton, WA; and eight nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.   He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Paul Schroeder.

Visitation will be held at the Bowerman Funeral Home in Munising on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 1:00 pm. until 2:00 p.m.   Interment will immediately follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Munising.
