Norma Alice (Mazzali) Henninger

In Memory of Norma Alice Mazzali Henninger who was born in Munising on February 20, 1937 to William and Alice Mazzali.  Norma passed on February 28, 2018 from cancer.  Norma grew up in Munising and graduated from Wm. G. Mather High School in 1955.  Her life took her to California where she worked for Navy Special Services for over thirty years in San Diego.  It was there where she met and married Bill Henninger in May of 1986.  Norma retired from the Navy and worked for a few years in the accounts receivable office for Wyndham Hotels and resorts.   She enjoyed the crafts of jewelry making, ceramics, and painting for her hobbies.

Norma is survived by her loving husband Bill Henninger who misses her as she was the love of his life, her children Scott (Rebecca) Sturvist and Terri Sturvist, brother Charles Mazzali, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Billie Mazzali and Betty (Austin) Geary, brother William (Gerry) Mazzali, and sister-in-law Grace Mazzali.

There will be a time for visiting with family and friends at the Bowerman Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
