Due to health reasons, Mr. Cromell had to retire again, but thanks to the loving gift from his brother Dick, he received a kidney transplant and was able to recover and go back to the job he loved. Steve finished his career in education at the Sevastopol School District in Door County as their superintendent. Steve and Debbie began wintering in Florida, giving him the opportunity to be with his grandsons and take them on any adventure they were ready to go on.
