Anita H. Hase, age 90, of Wetmore, died Saturday morning, April 25, 2020 at Medilodge in Munising. She was born on October 13, 1929 in Gladstone, Michigan to William and Emma (Olson) Balko. Anita worked as a housekeeper at Bressler’s Motel and at the Superior Shores Nursing Home. She enjoyed taking trips to the casino, going for rides in the car – especially during the fall when the colors were changing, visiting with her sister, knitting, crocheting, and baking. Anita loved gardening and took great pride in her flower and vegetable gardens.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law – Darlene and Terry Roberts of Munising; grandson – Terry D. Roberts of Munising; brother Allen Miron of Wetmore; sisters-in-law Marge Miron Schultz and Janet Miron; and numerous nieces and nephews.
